The Logan County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) promotes the well-being of children, assuring that their parents support them financially.

The CSEA does the following:

• Establishes and enforces child support and medical support

• Collects and disburses support payments

• Locates noncustodial parents to establish or enforce child support

• Enforces collection of court-ordered child support payments and works with families to ensure children are supported

• Establishes paternity

• Conducts support reviews to modify child support

In performing its duties, assuring that parents fulfill their responsibility to support their children, the CSEA helps reduce the need for public assistance.
