The CSEA does the following:
- Establishes and enforces child support and medical support
- Collects and disburses support payments
- Locates noncustodial parents to establish or enforce child support
- Enforces collection of court-ordered child support payments and works with families to ensure children are supported
- Establishes paternity
- Conducts support reviews to modify child support
