Food Assistance: The Ohio Direction Card
The Food Assistance Program, available through Logan County Department of Job and Family Services, helps income eligible individuals and families meet their nutritional needs as they work toward becoming self-sufficient.
Participating families are issued an Ohio Direction Card, an electronic debit card that can be used to buy food at participating retailers.
Households must meet requirements to qualify, such as resource and income limits. All able-bodied adults are required to participate in work program activities, such as those provided through Logan County OhioMeansJobs and its partnering agencies.
